Return & Refund Policy

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU KEEP ALL THE PACKAGING. YOU MUST RE-PACK ALL ITEMS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR RETURN TO US. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY ITEMS FOR RETURN THAT ARE NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNLESS DEEMED TO BE FAULTY BY AULOVES.

Our exchange and return policy is simple:

If within 7 days of receipt of the item, you wish to return or exchange an item, contact to obtain a Return Authorisation – no returns or exchanges will be accepted without authorisation. 

Once you receive this number, please make arrangements to send back the piece(s) you need to exchange or return to arrive back at AULOVES within 7 working days. All returns and exchanges must be shipped back by freight, with the delivery pre-paid and with the piece(s) unused, disassembled and arrive in “as new” condition in the original packaging.

Auloves may charge maximum 20% restock fee for your 'change your mind' return.

Auloves may charge maximum 50% if the item is under unreasonable condition and unsaleable.

In the event of special order items that are received faulty, we will of course rectify this by either replacing the faulty part, or if the entire product is faulty, a full replacement will be sent free of charge. Shipping and handling charges on returns are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

In the case of refunds, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
